DMCA Policy
Vidéos Lunettes Meta respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our designated Copyright Agent.
This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notice and counter-notice to Vidéos Lunettes Meta.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Vidéos Lunettes Meta, please notify our Copyright Agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Vidéos Lunettes Meta to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the specific video or content).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Vidéos Lunettes Meta will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and will notify the user who posted the material of the removal.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Vidéos Lunettes Meta may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Vidéos Lunettes Meta may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on Vidéos Lunettes Meta.
